U.S. House

Florida 13th Congressional District — 2026

Florida’s 13th District (Pinellas County) elects a U.S. representative on November 3, 2026. Republican incumbent Anna Paulina Luna faces Democrat Leela Gray. A no-party candidate has also been reported as qualified.

What this office is

Each U.S. House district elects one representative for a two-year term. Your district is assigned by official maps and your registered address — not by opening a page on this site. The House originates revenue bills, shares lawmaking with the Senate, and can impeach federal officers. All 435 voting seats are on the ballot in 2026.

Why it matters in 2026

The district is a Tampa Bay seat whose lines are set by official Florida maps. Supervisors of elections print the district that matches your registration. National party committees have treated the race as a general-election target after Gray’s August primary.

Gray won the August 18, 2026 Democratic primary. Confirm every qualified name with your supervisor of elections.
