- Most of Pennsylvania is on Eastern Time.
- Register or update through official Pennsylvania tools. County election offices maintain the lists.
- Pennsylvania’s in-person options and mail-ballot timelines are set by state law and county practice.
- Mail and civilian absentee ballots are requested through official county or state applications.
